Ubuntu 16.04 LTS waln0 BCM4306

Abilitare il wi-fi in un PC che non ne vuole proprio sapere!!
Stavo quasi per arrendermi ma poi:

Scaricare il firmware: b43.

Eseguire i seguenti comandi:
sudo mkdir /lib/firmware/b43
sudo cp Desktop/b43/* /lib/firmware/b43
sudo modprobe -rv b43
sudo modprobe -rv ssb
sudo modprobe -v b43

Usare Python2.5 anziché il 2.6 come default

Andare qui:
~$ cd /usr/share/python

Editare debian_defaults e mettere:
default_version = python2.5 (al posto di python2.6). In questo modo dico a Python dove trovare i moduli corretti.

Poi creo il link simbolico di python a python2.5 (prima era a python2.6).
~$ cd /usr/bin
~$ sudo ln -sf python2.5 python

dustman.sh: attenzione arriva lo spazzino… =)

# ~/.profile: executed by the command interpreter for login shells.
# This file is not read by bash(1), if ~/.bash_profile or ~/.bash_login
# exists.
#
# see /usr/share/doc/bash/examples/startup-files for examples.
# the files are located in the bash-doc package.
# the default umask is set in /etc/profile; for setting the umask
# for ssh logins, install and configure the libpam-umask package.
# umask 022
#
# if running bash
if [ -n "$BASH_VERSION" ]; then
# include .bashrc if it exists
if [ -f "$HOME/.bashrc" ]; then
. "$HOME/.bashrc"
fi
fi
#
# set PATH so it includes user's private bin if it exists
if [ -d "$HOME/bin" ] ; then
PATH="$HOME/bin:$PATH"
fi

alla fine, dopo aver messo dustman.sh in /home/rapture/bin devo ricaricare .profile con:
source .profile
